No experience is required to get started. We will take time to understand where you are right now discuss your goals and introduce techniques that meet you at your level so you can begin your Pilates journey feeling confident supported and empowered.

Yes! Becca’s journey with movement began in the gym with strength training and now spans strength, martial arts, and Pilates. If you’re focused on strength alone, she’ll collaborate with a certified personal trainer to create a safe, goal-focused program just for you.
