Who is behind Align and what’s it all about?

Align Pilates & Movement is a Pilates and movement practice helping you move with confidence, build strength, and feel more connected to your body. Each session blends mindful movement, precise technique, and personalized guidance so progress feels safe, approachable, and sustainable.

Founded by Becca Wilson, Align was created as a space where movement meets intention. Every body is different, so every session is tailored to you whether private sessions, small group classes, or special events. The focus is not just exercise but awareness, resilience, and trust in your body.

Becca began Pilates in January 2024 and quickly turned one class into an obsession. She brings that same curiosity and commitment into her teaching to help others see what they are capable of.

Align is about balance between effort and ease, strength and control, challenge and compassion.

  • At Align Pilates & Movement, we offer personalized Pilates and movement sessions designed to meet you exactly where you are. Services include private and semi private Pilates sessions in studio or virtually focused on strength mobility alignment and long term sustainability. Whether your goal is to build strength recover from injury improve athletic performance or simply feel more connected to your body our work together is always tailored to you.

  • No experience is required to get started. We will take time to understand where you are right now discuss your goals and introduce techniques that meet you at your level so you can begin your Pilates journey feeling confident supported and empowered.

  • Absolutely! Let’s connect and decide what works best for you whether that is virtual in studio or in home. We will take time at the start to understand everyone’s goals so the group class is thoughtfully designed for all to benefit.

  • Yes! Becca has earned her first certification through the Bodybar Pilates Instructor Program (250+ hour program). She’s currently working on her Comprehensive Pilates Certification through The Lab, which is a 500+ hour program.

  • Yes! Becca’s journey with movement began in the gym with strength training and now spans strength, martial arts, and Pilates. If you’re focused on strength alone, she’ll collaborate with a certified personal trainer to create a safe, goal-focused program just for you.

  • After purchase we will reach out and schedule booking. If you have any questions before ordering feel free to email us directly.

  • Your purchase is good for a year. If you purchase a pack of multiples, those will remain good a year from your first session.
