February Recap

Happy March!! Truly… how are we already here? February absolutely flew by, and it’s time for a little accountability check-in.

Last month, I set a few clear goals for myself:

  • Host a Galentine’s Mat Pilates class ✔️

  • Post 10+ times on Instagram ✖️
    → Posted 9 times (so close!)

  • Complete Weekend 2 of comprehensive training ✔️

  • Teach 3 (or more) 1:1 sessions ✖️
    → Taught 2 privates

  • Take class at 3 new studios ✖️
    → Made it to 1 new studio

So… not a clean sweep. And that’s okay.

I’m sharing this because growth doesn’t come from pretending everything went perfectly. It comes from being honest about where you showed up, where you fell short, and what you’re going to adjust moving forward.

February was FULL in the best way — balancing my full-time role, teaching, continuing my comprehensive training, and starting at a new studio (huge shoutout to Vinyl Pilates 💛). When I zoom out, it was an incredibly productive month. But when I zoom in, I can see exactly where better systems would have helped.

Here’s what I’m taking with me into March:

  • Make my goals visible (hello, corkboard moment 👀).

  • Schedule tasks intentionally instead of relying on “I’ll do it when I have time.”

  • Keep building on the wins instead of obsessing over the misses.

Progress over perfection. Every single time.
